Pregnancy and Postpartum Circles

Pregnancy and postpartum circles provide a supportive space for connection, education, and shared experience. Through guided discussion and reflection, participants are invited to build community, process the transitions of parenthood, and feel seen and supported throughout their journey.

Postpartum Yoga

Postpartum yoga offers gentle, restorative movement and breathwork to support recovery and promote overall well-being after birth. Classes focus on rebuilding strength, enhancing body awareness, and creating space for rest and reconnection during the postpartum period.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga integrates mindful movement and intentional breathwork to support both physical and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy. Classes incorporate functional movement patterns and labor-position practice, helping to prepare the body and cultivate mental resilience for birth.

Birth Doula 

Birth Doula services include two prenatal visits to prepare for childbirth, continuous support from the onset of active labor to the birth of your baby, lactation support immediately postpartum and one postpartum follow-up appointment. If desired, photographs will be taken as able and your birth story will be put into writing.
